Novartis, based in Basel and listed as NOVN.SW, is the company that made radioligand therapy a business with Pluvicto and Lutathera, and the maker of Kisqali, Gleevec, Scemblix and Kymriah, the first approved CAR-T. Pluvicto sells more than 1.5 billion dollars a year, and the pipeline includes actinium-225 PSMA-617, FAP-2286 and the Mariana Oncology acquisition, alongside adjuvant ribociclib, imatinib and asciminib. It has established a new treatment class in which a scan decides who gets the matching radioactive drug, and it is now being tested earlier in the disease (PSMAfore, PSMAddition).
