Specific activity and molar activity

A measure of how much of a radioactive drug is genuinely radioactive versus how much is ordinary, non-radioactive filler of the same molecule. Higher specific activity means more radioactive atoms are packed onto the targeting molecules, so fewer 'cold' (non-radioactive) copies compete for the same receptors.
