Phase 1/2a of [212Pb]VMT-α-NET (NCT05636618): 43% ORR in cohort 2 with 72% progression-free/alive at the 2026 update; 76 NET patients treated by July 2026; first meningioma patient dosed June 2026; EU orphan designation July 2026. Phase 3 planned at a cumulative 20 mCi dose. Also developing PSMA and melanocortin-1 receptor 212Pb agents. Its FAP-alpha agent PSV359, paired with the 203Pb/68Ga imaging analogue PSV377, is in a phase 1/2 first-in-human study (NCT06710756); on 14 September 2026 the company announced a collaboration and supply agreement with Merck to add cohorts combining [212Pb]PSV359 with pembrolizumab in FAP-alpha-positive non-small cell lung cancer and colorectal cancer, which is the first time an alpha-emitting radioligand has been taken into NSCLC. The dose-expansion part of the VMT-alpha-NET trial also enrols bronchial neuroendocrine tumours.
