No asset on the published pipeline carries a lung indication, and ClinicalTrials.gov returns no recruiting Telix lung-cancer study. What exists is two commitments. In January 2025 Telix bought a pipeline of early-stage therapeutic candidates and a biologics platform from ImaginAb for US$45 million plus up to US$185 million in milestones, including a discovery-stage programme against DLL3, the surface protein of small-cell lung cancer, with no TLX code or isotope assigned.
