ANZUP 1603 TheraP was the first randomised trial of lutetium-177 PSMA-617, showing higher PSA response than cabazitaxel and paving the way for VISION and the Pluvicto approval, and proPSMA (ANZUP 1702) showed PSMA PET-CT outperforms conventional imaging for staging high-risk prostate cancer. ENZAMET and ENZARAD tested enzalutamide with docetaxel and with radiotherapy.
