It obtains actinium-225 from the decay of thorium-229 recovered from a legacy uranium-233 stockpile and holds supply agreements with Bayer, Bristol Myers Squibb and others. Nuclide links it to targeted alpha therapy, alpha-emitter nanogenerators and the therapeutic isotope supply chain, to the radiopharmaceutical roadmap from iodine to actinium, and to the idea of recovering legacy radium-226 sources worldwide as feedstock.
