## TL;DR

A radiopharmaceutical drug developer with sites in Europe and China that designs its own targeting molecules and pairs them with radioactive actinium or lutetium; its biggest programme, for a receptor found on several solid tumour types, has been licensed to a Korean partner in a deal worth up to $571.5 million.

## Summary

Full-Life Technologies is a fully integrated, clinical-stage global radiotherapeutics company founded in 2021, with operations spanning Belgium, Germany and China (Heidelberg, Germany and Chengdu, China both appear in its own press materials as operating hubs). It is built around an internal discovery platform, described in its own materials as UniRDC, for identifying and optimising small-molecule radionuclide drug conjugates (RDCs) against solid-tumour targets, and around building its own radioisotope production and logistics capability rather than relying solely on external isotope suppliers.

Its most advanced disclosed asset is FL-091 (also referred to as 177Lu-FL-091 and 225Ac-FL-091), a small-molecule radioligand targeting neurotensin receptor 1 (NTSR1), which is overexpressed in colorectal, breast, pancreatic and head-and-neck cancers among others. In July 2024, Full-Life licensed exclusive worldwide clinical development, manufacturing and commercialisation rights to FL-091 to SK Biopharmaceuticals in a deal valued at up to $571.5 million (upfront payment plus development and commercial milestones, excluding royalties). SK Biopharmaceuticals renamed the compound SKL35501 (therapeutic, actinium-225-based) and SKL35502 (imaging companion), and announced FDA IND approval for a first-in-human Phase 1 study in January 2026, with the same dossier submitted to Korea's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for concurrent US/Korea development in patients with NTSR1-expressing advanced solid tumours who have failed or relapsed on standard treatment.

Full-Life's own pipeline, retained independently of the SK deal, includes 225Ac-FL-020, an actinium-225-based PSMA-targeting RDC in early clinical development for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, and FL-261, a c-MET-targeted theranostic RDC programme for multiple solid tumours. The company closed a $150 million Series D financing package in May 2026 (roughly $110 million equity, $40 million debt) led by Vivo Capital with participation from SK Biopharmaceuticals, taking cumulative funding to nearly $350 million since 2021; it has also built a manufacturing facility in Gembloux, Belgium, which completed construction in August 2026 and began accelerator commissioning.
